Flags
The original Sapphic flag was made by Tumblr user Lesbeux-moved on or before August 14th 2015.[7]
The flag's colors meant:
Pink - love Violets (and the lavender-ish color) - Sga women used to give violets to whom they were wooing, symbolizing their ‘sapphic’ desire
A simplified version of the original flag was made by Mod Hermy of Tumblr blog Pride Color Schemes on or before September 11th 2016.[8] The colors still maintained their original meaning.[8]
