History
Vincian was coined by Tumblr user bivirgil on June 22, 2018.[1] He also created the flag the same day.
Etymology
The term Vincian comes from Leonardo Da Vinci’s name.[2] Leanardo Da Vinci was believed to have been homosexual in some way though there is not much evidence to support it. (Citations Needed)
