Neurogender

Neurogender is a gender defined as one whose gender is related to neurodivergence. It can be used as an umbrella term or as a specific identity.
History
The term's origins are quite murky but may have been coined by Tumblr user aflutteringlaney on or before July 30th 2014 in a post on MOGAI-Archive with which they further described it on August 12th 2014 on their blog.[1][2]
Flags and Symbols
The user aflutteringlaney created the flag around August 12th 2014 on the same post.[2] It was also posted on the blog Pride-Archive on August 13th 2014.[3]
Here’s what the flag colours mean:
Red, Green, Blue & Purple: The spectrum of different neurotypes and gender identities that neurodivergent individuals have
Black: Aromantic and Asexual spectrums
Infinity Symbol: Neurodiversity[2]
The neurogender symbol was created by Tumblr user system-lgbt on July 28th 2018 in a masterpost.[4]
Two alternative flags one with a symbol and the other without was made by Tumblr user Kasatate1 on February 21st 2023.[5]
The third flag was created by FANDOM Wiki user NightsetRosewall on April 20th, 2023.citation needed
The fourth flag was created by FANDOM Wiki user Fr*dayHatesYou on May 16th, 2023.citation needed
